While we try our best to ship all orders out as quickly as possible with an exact date for shipment prior to your order - due to the custom nature of the direct to film printing  process we offer five different turnaround options. Due to the nature of direct to film printing  & shipping we are unable to offer guarantee delivery dates on 'standard turnaround' or '4 business day ship', after the order has been submitted, approved, and paid by the customer. But we do offer delivery date guarantees on our 1 business day ship, 2 business day ship, and 3 business day ship options. 

If your order is for a hard in hands due date please let us know as soon as possible so we can all plan accordingly, and let you know if there are any additional charges to guarantee this needed delivery date. 

Standard Turnaround Time:  All of our products are made to order especially for you and for that reason our standard turnaround time for general purchases is 4 business days after the order has been submitted, approved, and paid by the customer, for CLP collective and digital printed orders (does not include transit time).  Online orders are provided an estimated delivery date prior to completing the checkout process:

Standard Turnaround Time: 4 business days after the order has been submitted, approved, and paid by the customer. (does not include transit time) 

Due to the nature of our business model of offering extremely aggressive priced packages offers our volume typically stays extremely high throughout the year. Due to this and the nature of the direct to film printing  process - our standard turnaround time for Bulk Orders is 10 business days after the order has been submitted, approved, and paid by the customer.

Please not all online Bulk Orders are provided an estimated delivery date prior to completing the checkout process. The estimated delivery date is also provided in the order confirmation email sent to customer's email immediately upon their purchase: Please note this is only an estimated date once your artwork is approved and payment is made our production team with give you a more guaranteed shipping date. 

We ship all standard orders via USPS ground from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

5 - 10 business day ship: order will ship in 5 - 10 business days after the order has been submitted, approved, and paid by the customer. (does not include transit time) 

3 business day ship option: In order to help provide our customers options on their ship time for their order we offer a 3 business day ship time for an additional $75 + 75% markup for your order. We will ship your order in 3 business days after the order has been submitted, approved, and paid by the customer, via USPS ground. The 3 business days only includes the time to ship the order from our facility after the order has been submitted, approved, and paid by the customer, and does not include transit time. Please refer to the transit time map for estimated time in transit 

2 business day ship option: order ships in 2 business days (does not include transit time) 

In order to help provide our customers options on their ship time for their order we offer a 2 business day ship time for an additional $100 + 100% markup for your order. We will ship your order in 2 business days after the order has been submitted, approved, and paid by the customer via USPS ground . The 2 business days only includes the time to ship the order from our facility, and does not include transit time. These orders ship via 2 day or NDA and have a 1-3 day in transit 

1 business day ship option: In order to help provide our customers options on their ship time for their order we offer a 1 business day ship time for an additional $100 + 200% markup for your order. We will ship your order in 2 business days via UPS Next day air or UPS ground. The 1 business days only includes the time to ship the order from our facility after the order has been submitted, approved, and paid by the customer, and (does not include transit time). These orders ship via 2 day or NDA and have a 1-2 day in transit.
