Fair Return Policy

Every item you order at Cuztom Life Printing your order is printed for you on-demand by hand. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. But we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.

7-day Return Guarantee

Simply return your product within 7 days of receiving your order for any return or exchange needs. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, just let us know and we can find a solution together. We can offer you the following return options:

Exchange for a new product

Exchange store credit which can be redeemed towards your next order.

Refunding the purchase price is possible as long as you didn’t personalize the product yourself.

What can be returned / not returned

CLP Collective or Digitally Printed (Printed Just For You) items can be returned for Store Credit only. Full refunds for CLP Collective or Digitally Printed goods will only be provided under the following circumstances: 

  • Misprinted Goods
  • Defective Goods 

If you believe your item falls under one of the above reasons please fill out our return form by going into your Cuztom Life Printing account and clicking on 'Returns' within seven (7) days of receipt of the item. If your return/exchange does fall under one of these reasons Cuztom Life Printing will reimburse your shipping costs when your item is received and processed. 

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, errors in approved proofs, shipping or stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size. # Note: sizing measurements online are within +-2cm, anything outside of this is faulty.

Cuztom Life reserve the right to decide about best possible printing method to suit customer artwork and fabric of product ordered.

Our satisfaction guarantee exists in addition to your legal rights, including right of withdrawal and warranty claims. You can find further information in our User Agreement.

Please allow up to ten (10) business days to process any qualifying return/exchange. Packages shipped back to us without tracking that fail to arrive are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalized (Customized) Gifts & Apparel Orders 

All personalized (customized) products such as drinkware, coasters, cutting boards, photo frames, photo slates, wall decal, car decal, tote bags, pillows, t-shirts, hoodies, hats, pens, are Digitally Printed (Printed Just For You) for every order placed. Because every product is personalized just for you they are ineligible for return or exchange except under the following circumstances: 

  • Misprinted
  • Defective

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery, contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Please note We take extra care when making and handling your orders unfortunately we cannot guarantee the same after your order has left our facility. * 

Exchanges

Exchanges must be made for like apparel of equal or lesser value. If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, the customer will be contacted via email. However, if there is no response within three (3) business days, the exchange will be processed as a return.

If you purchase new items to replace a return ahead of time, please provide your Order Number for validation. 

We do not accept worn or washed merchandise. Any merchandise suspected of being previously worn and/or washed will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless Cuztom Life Printing was at fault for any reason. If the fault was ours, your shipping expense will be refunded to you. Cuztom Life Printing will only reimburse standard shipping expenses. Expedited or Express services will not be reimbursed. 

All sale items and Bundles are final and are ineligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Art & Transfer Prints 

All artwork is Digitally Printed (Printed Just For You) for every order placed. Because every piece of artwork is personalized just for your home, artwork is ineligible for return or exchange except under the following circumstances:

  • Misprinted
  • Defective

 All Artwork must be in the same condition it was received in. Pinholes or any damaged artwork not resulting from transit will not be accepted and refused at the customers cost.
